Customer profiles give you detailed info on each client's history with your business. Add notes to stay organized for future jobs.
Note: Customer notes are for your reference only, customers don't see them. If you want to add notes that customers can see, use the Appointment Details menu.
Customer History and Notes (Mobile App)
Go to the Customers tab and tap a customer.
Tap Notes to access customer-specific notes. Add your notes and tap the icon at the bottom right to save.
Tap Appointments to see past, current, and upcoming appointments.
Customer History, Notes, and Stats (Web App)
Go to the Customers tab and click a customer.
Click Appointments to see past, current, and future appointments—plus any enrolled class sessions.
Click Notes to view and add notes for this customer.
In About, you'll find contact details—email, address, phone number.
