Show the Customer's Local Time Zone

Booking across time zones? ServiceForge automatically converts appointment times to your customer's local time on your Booking Page, in confirmation emails, and in reminders.

Customers see available times in their time zone and can select a different one from the dropdown if needed.

Note:

  • This is on by default for all accounts.

  • If you only serve customers in your own time zone, you can turn it off.

  • Not currently available in the mobile app.

Activate or Deactivate Show Local Time (Mobile)

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Page > Services and Classes.

  2. Scroll to Show Local Time and toggle on or off.

Activate or Deactivate Show Local Time (Web)

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Page > Customization.

Scroll to Show Local Time and toggle on or off.
