Viewing team member calendars in the web app đ»
If you're a ServiceForge account owner or admin, you can view and access team member calendars from your account.
Note: If you have Standard access, you'll only see your own calendar.
Click the three dots in the top right corner of your calendar. From here, choose whether your team is displayed as a drop-down or sidebar.
Drop-down view: Access different calendars by clicking the team member's name in the top left corner of your screen.
Sidebar view: Show or hide team calendars on the left-hand side of your calendar.
Viewing team member calendars in the mobile app đ±
By default, the ServiceForge mobile app shows your Schedule, Daily, or 3-Day Calendar. You can also select to show all schedules.
Tap the name at the top center of the screen, then choose a different team member to view their Schedule, Daily, or 3-Day calendar and see their appointments.
