Customize your Booking Page
Make your Booking Page look like your business, not some generic template. It's where customers find you, learn what you do, and book the job — so it should look the part.
To customize it, open your app and go to Settings > Grow your brand
Set your basics
Set the basics customers see first like colours and header image.
Brand logo - Upload a 200 × 200 px image, up to 10 MB.
Business name - The name displayed on your Booking Page.
Booking Page URL - Your custom serviceforge.com link.
Industry - Helps categorize your business.
About - A short description of what you do and what sets you apart.
Brand color - Pick the accent color used across your page and buttons.
Button shape - Choose Pill, Rounded, or Rectangle.
Theme - Set System, Light, or Dark
Gallery - Add photos of your work to showcase what you do.
Add contact details
Let your leads and customers know how to reach you.
Primary email and phone - Your main points of contact.
Additional phone - Add a second number if needed.
Location - Add your business address to display on your Booking Page, including city, state, zip, and country.
Business hours - Highlight when your business opens and closes. Toggle each day on or off and set the hours, then confirm your time zone. Add 24/7 live answering with ServiceForge to stay open 24 hours.
Links - Drive Booking Page visitors to your site and socials you can add your website, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
To update a specific team member's booking availability, open their profile under Your team and set their working hours.
When you're done, hit Save. Preview your page on desktop and mobile to see how it looks to customers.
