ServiceTitan Integration

When a new lead comes in, push it to ServiceTitan.

When a homeowner calls, every second counts. ServiceForge receptionists answer, capture the details, and push the details into ServiceTitan.

How It Works

When a call comes in, your ServiceForge team answers, captures the details, and logs everything in the ServiceForge app. When the call ends, that information hits ServiceTitan as a new lead with contact info, job information, and everything your team needs to follow up fast.

How to Connect

  1. Set your trigger - call answered

  2. Set your action - create lead in ServiceTitan

  3. Map the fields you want populated

Pro Tip: How to Auto-Assign Technicians & Keep Your Dispatch Board Accurate in ServiceTitan

This setup happens inside ServiceTitan's Scheduler Pro, separate from the Zapier and ServiceForge connection. For ServiceTitan Pro users, this can help make sure leads that come in through ServiceForge land on an accurately staffed dispatch board. This information is not official ServiceTitan information and should be used as a rough guide - reach out to your support contact at ServiceTitan for specific information.

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to Services Offered > Advanced Settings > Technicians > Add Technician Rules to auto-assign a specific technician to jobs (for example, by service zone).

  2. To make the dispatch board reflect that technician's real availability, go to the Capacity section, select Custom Capacity, and set the capacity mode to "Calculate capacity based on technicians."

  3. In Technician Mapping, match each trade to the same technician you set in your rule, this links the rule to what shows as open on the board.

  4. Optionally, toggle "Include non-job events when calculating capacity" for tighter control over open slots.

  5. If you use a separate emergency/on-call scheduler, apply the same setup and update the assigned technician as your on-call rotation changes.

FAQs

What information gets sent to ServiceTitan? Whatever your receptionists capture on the call (name, number, email, job type, etc). We can build your script around what your ServiceTitan account needs, so the data that arrives is well formatted.

Can I choose which fields get populated? Yes. You control the field mapping when you set up the integration. You decide what lands where.
