Note: This feature is currently only available in the ServiceForge web app.
Merge Customer Profiles (Web App) 💻
Go to the Customers tab.
In the customer list, check the boxes next to duplicate profiles you want to merge or delete.
Click the 'Merge Customers' button (upward arrow icon) in the top right.
Choose which data from each profile to keep in the final merged record. Use the dropdowns to select, then save.
