Digital calendars keep you organized. But sometimes paper does the job better - handing a tech their route, posting the day's schedule on the wall, or working somewhere without a signal.
💡 A printed schedule is handy when you're on-site, and the internet isn't.
How to Print Your Calendar (Desktop)
What you see is what you print—Day, Week, Month, Team, or Agenda view. ServiceForge strips out the navigation clutter so you get a clean, readable schedule that doesn't waste ink.
Go to your calendar.
Pick your view (Day, Week, Month, Team, or Agenda).
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top bar and select 'Print Calendar'.
Don't see it? Use your system's print shortcut:
Windows: Ctrl + P

Select your printer.
Adjust settings if needed - portrait or landscape.
Hit 'Print'.
Done. Your schedule's ready to hand off.
