Set Up Call Recording
Calls are not recorded by default, but you can request call-recording anytime at no extra charge.
Log in, select Manage > Settings, scroll to Call Recording, and toggle it on.
This sends a request to your Client Account Manager.
Enable or disable for each sub-account individually.
Remember: We're required by law to inform callers when recording is enabled.
