The disclaimer as well as the terms and conditions in this media web policy are addressed to anyone who may wish to interact with ServiceForge on or through any online platform ("You"). We welcome and encourage open discussion on social media channels maintained by ServiceForge and look forward to your comments.

    The opinions and/or views expressed on ServiceForge social media represent the thoughts of individuals and online communities, and not those necessarily of ServiceForge or any of its corporate affiliates or any of their respective officers, employees, staff or members of board of directors. The opinions and views expressed on these pages do not, in any way reflect the views of the site they are posted on, other sites affiliated with the site, the staff involved with maintaining the site or any members of the site.

    ServiceForge makes reasonable efforts to monitor and/or moderate content posted on its social media platforms, but we do not moderate all comments and cannot always respond in a timely manner to the online requests for information.

    Your use of any of the social media channels maintained by ServiceForge is subject to the terms set forth herein (the "Terms"). By accessing, viewing, posting or otherwise using any content on or available through the ServiceForge social media sites, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not make any use of the ServiceForge social media sites.

    By using our social media sites, you agree not to:

    • Infringe on the rights of any third party;

    • Impersonate another person;

    • Allow any other person or entity to use your identity to post or view comments;

    • Post spam or repetitious content; or

    • Violate any law or regulation of Canada, or any of its provinces and territories

    By visiting our site and/or using the ServiceForge app on any device, or by registering to use the services offered by ServiceForge through its website, or by contacting ServiceForge in any way, these Terms will apply.

    ServiceForge does not moderate or censor comments, but we reserve the right to delete content or comments that in the view of ServiceForge are offensive, abusive, or off topic. Specifically, ServiceForge may: edit comments for content; remove off-topic contributions; delete offensive comments and attacks; block offensive contributors; and delete spam and suspected spam.

    Please be aware that once you post something online, there is the potential for many people to read your words, even years from now. As a result, we suggest that you exercise caution when posting medical information on any of our social media sites and that you not disclose personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, your location, medical information, financial information.

    ServiceForge is not responsible for the content of any comments or responses posted to any of its websites or social media sites.

    All links to other sites from ServiceForge social media are provided as a service to readers, but such linkage does not constitute endorsement of those sites by ServiceForge, and as such we are not responsible for the content of external sites.

    Neither ServiceForge, nor its content or service providers, guarantees or warrants ServiceForge social media against errors, defects, delays, omissions, interruptions or losses, including losses of data, nor are any files downloaded from a ServiceForge site warranted or guaranteed to be free of viruses, bugs, worms or other destructive properties.

    You grant to ServiceForge the irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, non-exclusive and royalty-free worldwide license and right (i) to reproduce, publish, distribute and display content posted by you on any ServiceForge social media webpage; (ii) to create derivative works from such content; (iii) to edit, modify or delete such content; and (iv) to use the content for any ServiceForge purpose, all of which shall be at the sole discretion of ServiceForge.

    ServiceForge may disclose your communications and activities with ServiceForge social media in response to lawful requests by government authorities, judicial orders, warrants or subpoenas, or for the protection of ServiceForge rights, even if you or any agent or counsel acting on your behalf claim such communications or activities to be privileged under any laws of Canada, or its provinces and territories.

    You agree to fully defend, indemnify and hold ServiceForge and its content providers and service providers harmless from any and all claims, losses, demands, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including all legal fees and interest, arising in any way from your use of or access to ServiceForge social media.

    ServiceForge may suspend, change or discontinue any aspect of ServiceForge social media at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.

    ServiceForge social media and all content and materials provided through ServiceForge social media are provided on an "as is available" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty for information, data, uptime or uninterrupted access; any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, completeness or usefulness; and any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ServiceForge hereby disclaims any and all such warranties, express and implied.

    In no event, including but not limited to negligence, shall ServiceForge or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents or content or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, ServiceForge social media or the content, materials and information related thereto, your provision of information via ServiceForge social media, lost business or lost sales, even if ServiceForge or any of its personnel are advised of the possibility of such damages in advance.

    Any dispute, claim or action related to your use of, viewing of, posting to, or access to ServiceForge social media shall be commenced in an Ontario court of law in and be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and such federal laws as applicable therein, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

    ServiceForge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or update these Terms at any time without advance notice. Changes will be effective when posted, and the continued use of ServiceForge social media after such changes to the Terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
