Set Buffer Time

Buffer time accounts for travel, cleanup, prep, or just catching your breath before the next job.

Example: You've got a 30-minute service call, but it takes 10 minutes to pack up and get to the next site. Add a 10-minute buffer. Your calendar blocks 40 minutes total, so you're not running behind all day.

Buffer time is invisible to customers. They see the service duration on your Booking Page, not the extra time you've built in.

Add Buffer Time to a Service (Mobile App)

  1. Go to Services and select the service you want to update.

  2. Tap 'Buffer time' and choose the duration.

  3. Press Update to save.

Add Buffer Time to a Service (Web App)

  1. Go to Services and select the service.

  2. Click Buffer time and select the length.

  3. Click Update. Done.
